3. Return & Refund Policy

Apparel: Clothing items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Food, Skincare, Cosmetics, & Tea: For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Event Tickets: All event ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the case of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will issue store credit or reschedule the event, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
