Wild Harvest Honey Farm stands behind the quality of our products and the care we take in crafting each item. However, due to the nature of certain products, all sales are considered final under the following conditions:

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

To maintain health and safety standards, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on the following items:

• Food items (including honey, teas, jams, spreads, etc.)

• Skincare and body products (including lotions, perfumes, bath salts, lip balms, etc.)

• Cosmetics or any product applied to the skin

• Event tickets

These items are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

👗 Apparel Return Policy

Apparel may be returned within 10 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn and in its original condition

• The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong size or item). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval.

🔄 Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.
