🍯 Ingredients:

1 tsp. ceremonial-grade matcha powder

2 oz hot water (not boiling)

Zest of 1 lemon

1–1½ tsp. Wild Harvest Honey (your choice)

3/4 cup milk or dairy-free milk (oat and coconut are dreamy!)

Ice
🍋 Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth.

Stir in lemon zest and Wild Harvest Honey until the honey fully melts.

Fill a shaker or mason jar with ice. Add the matcha mixture and milk.

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until frothy and chilled.
