🐝 Try It With:

  • Raw Wildflower Honey – for the purest lemon cream experience

  • Cinnamon Honey – to add a cozy, citrus chai note

  • Espresso Honey – for a bold, café-style finish

🍯 Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. ceremonial-grade matcha powder

  • 2 oz hot water (not boiling)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1–1½ tsp. Wild Harvest Honey (your choice)

  • 3/4 cup milk or dairy-free milk (oat and coconut are dreamy!)

  • Ice

🍋 Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth.

  2. Stir in lemon zest and Wild Harvest Honey until the honey fully melts.
