  • Raw Wildflower Honey – for a rich, pure base

  • Bourbon Honey – for a smoky-smooth finish

🌿 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp whole allspice

  • 1/2 tsp pink peppercorns

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon bark (or 1 small cinnamon stick)

  • 1½ cups filtered water

  • 5g chamomile flowers or 1 chamomile tea bag

  • 2 tsp Wild Harvest Honey (your choice!)

  • 1½ oz dark rum

🔥 Directions:

  1. Lightly crack the spices with a mortar and pestle or tap them on a cutting board with a rolling pin.

  2. Toast spices in a dry pan over low heat until aromatic (2–3 minutes).

  3. Pour filtered water into the pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes.

  4. Add chamomile flowers or tea bag and steep for 5 minutes more.

  5. In a mug, stir together the rum and Wild Harvest honey.

  6. Strain the hot spiced tea into the mug and stir to combine.

  7. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or citrus peel, if desired.
