🌿 Ingredients:

1/2 tsp whole allspice

1/2 tsp pink peppercorns

1/2 tsp cinnamon bark (or 1 small cinnamon stick)

1½ cups filtered water

5g chamomile flowers or 1 chamomile tea bag

2 tsp Wild Harvest Honey (your choice!)

1½ oz dark rum
🔥 Directions:

Lightly crack the spices with a mortar and pestle or tap them on a cutting board with a rolling pin.

Toast spices in a dry pan over low heat until aromatic (2–3 minutes).

Pour filtered water into the pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer 5 minutes.

Add chamomile flowers or tea bag and steep for 5 minutes more.

In a mug, stir together the rum and Wild Harvest honey.

Strain the hot spiced tea into the mug and stir to combine.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick or citrus peel, if desired.
