CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SPICY HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE

🍗 Chicken Breasts with Spicy Honey-Orange Glaze

Crafted with Wild Harvest Honey Farm’s Raw and Infused Honeys

YIELD: Serves 4

🍯 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Wild Harvest Honey – choose from Mango, Pineapple, Carolina Reaper, or Wild Harvest Raw Honey

  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  • 1 tsp orange zest

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more if desired)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter

  • 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)

🔥 Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix Wild Harvest Honey, orange juice concentrate, zest, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Rinse chicken under cold water and pat dry. Lightly season with salt.

  3. In a large non-stick skillet, heat margarine and oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for about 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

  4. Pour honey-orange mixture over the chicken. Cook 2 more minutes, turning the chicken to coat as the glaze thickens and bubbles.

  5. Plate chicken and spoon extra glaze over the top. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
