Curried Honey-Glazed Chicken Wings

🍯 Ingredients:

1 cup Wild Harvest Honey – try Carolina Reaper for a spicy kick, Chipotle for smoky depth, Pineapple for sweet heat, or Gingerbread for an earthy twist

1/2 cup crushed tomatoes

2 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp ground cayenne (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2½ lbs chicken wings, separated at the joints (tips discarded)
🔥 Directions:

In a food processor, blend honey, tomatoes, curry powder, cumin, and cayenne until smooth.

Pour into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil over medium-low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool to room temp. Stir in vinegar.

Place cut wings and cooled glaze into a large resealable bag. Marinate in the fridge for several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

Remove wings from marinade and arrange on sheet.

Boil remaining marinade in a saucepan for 10–15 minutes to thicken and make food-safe.

Bake wings for 35–45 minutes, turning twice and brushing with the boiled marinade every 15 minutes.
