Honey Champagne Fondue

This smooth, bubbly fondue blends rich cheeses with dry champagne and a luscious drizzle of Wild Harvest Honey. Choose Vanilla for cozy sweetness, Lavender or Chamomile for an herbal twist, or Bourbon for depth and warmth. Perfect with crusty bread, apples, or even roasted veggies!

YIELD: Serves 2 (perfect for date nights or special occasions)

✨ Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Swiss or Gruyère cheese, shredded

  • 4 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup shallot, minced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1¼ cups brut (dry) champagne or sparkling wine

  • 1/3 cup Wild Harvest Honey – try it with Lavender, Vanilla, Chamomile, or Bourbon

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Pinch of nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

🍾 Directions:

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded cheese with cornstarch and dry mustard. Set aside.

  3. Pour in champagne and bring to a gentle boil.

  4. Slowly stir in cheese mixture, a handful at a time, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

  5. Add Wild Harvest Honey and lemon juice; continue to stir until creamy and glossy.

  6. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.

  7. Season with nutmeg and white pepper. Serve immediately and keep warm over low heat.
