MEDITERRANEAN HONEY FLATBREAD
A light, crisp flatbread layered with fresh veggies, creamy feta, and a sweet-savory garlic-honey drizzle—made with Wild Harvest Honey from McLean County, Illinois. Try it with our Rosemary, Vanilla, or Espresso honey for a delicious twist on this Mediterranean-inspired bite.

🌿 Ingredients:

2 naan-style flatbread crusts

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp Wild Harvest Honey – choose from Local Wildflower, Rosemary, Apple Spice, Espresso, or Vanilla for a Mediterranean twist

3 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
🐝 Directions:

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, your favorite Wild Harvest Honey, and parsley.

Brush the mixture evenly onto both flatbreads.

Layer with spinach, followed by feta, bell peppers, tomatoes, and red onion.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges.
