Dip Base:

4 firm but ripe avocados

6 radishes, diced

1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice and zest of 1 fresh orange

Honey-Jalapeño Vinaigrette:

1 jalapeño (seeds removed for mild, keep for heat), finely minced

1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 tbsp Wild Harvest Honey – choose from: Local Wildflower, Mango, Pineapple, Chipotle, or Carolina Reaper for a spicy twist!

1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Halve avocados and remove the pits. Gently dice the flesh by slicing into a grid pattern (without piercing the skin), then scoop into a mixing bowl.

Add diced radishes, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, orange zest, and orange juice. Lightly fold together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients, featuring your selected Wild Harvest honey.
