  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice and zest of 1 fresh orange

Honey-Jalapeño Vinaigrette:

  • 1 jalapeño (seeds removed for mild, keep for heat), finely minced

  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Wild Harvest Honey – choose from: Local Wildflower, Mango, Pineapple, Chipotle, or Carolina Reaper for a spicy twist!

  2. Add diced radishes, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, orange zest, and orange juice. Lightly fold together.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients, featuring your selected Wild Harvest honey.
