Return Policy

Under this policy, we maintain a strict return policy. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or refunds on food items. Once these items leave our store, they are considered sold and cannot be returned. We take this measure to ensure the highest quality and safety of our products.

Similarly, tickets for events are also non-returnable and non-refundable. The purchase of an event ticket is considered final, ensuring our commitment to organize the event and providing you with a seat/supplies.

For non-food merchandise purchased from our store, we offer a limited return window of 5 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that any merchandise you wish to return is in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Return Policy Option 2: Conditional Policy

Under this policy, we maintain certain conditions for returns. As with Option 1, we offer no refunds and no returns on food items and event tickets due to their unique nature.

However, for all non-food merchandise purchased from our store, we provide a return period of 5 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event of a return, we will provide store credit instead of a direct refund. This credit can be used for any future purchases in our store.

Please note that in both options, we reserve the right to reject any return if the conditions are not met. Our priority is to ensure the utmost satisfaction of all our customers, while also maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
