About the event

Dearest reader,  Allow us to present the crown jewel of our pastoral offerings: our Exquisite Wild Harvest Honey. This golden nectar, gathered from the verdant meadows and flourishing wildflowers of our estate, embodies the very essence of nature's opulence and refinement.  Lovingly curated by the skilled hands of our apiarists, each jar of honey captures the vibrant flavors of the season, reminiscent of the delicate blossoms that grace our gardens. The wild bees, diligent in their craft, have bestowed upon us a sweet elixir that is both rich and nuanced, perfect for adding a touch of sophistication to any occasion.  Whether drizzled over a sumptuous dessert, stirred into a fragrant tea, or simply savored by the spoonful, our wild harvest honey is sure to enchant and delight. It is a token of the natural beauty that surrounds us, a true testament to the harmonious dance between our gardens and the diligent bees that thrive within.  Indulge in this exquisite treat and allow yourself to be transported to a world of elegance and grace, where every drop of honey tells a story of timeless charm and pastoral splendor.  With warmest regards,  **Lady Nicole Waterton of Fultonshire**

Beekeeping has been a part of our family for over 100 years. Our goal here is to education the importance of bees for our survival.

Did you know one in every three bites of food depends on bees for pollination? That is why we have made it our mission to help our community repopulate and save the bees. Nearly one-third of all honeybees in the United States have died in the last few years. Scientists don’t know the exact cause, but a growing body of independent science links a class of pesticides to widespread bee die-offs, both alone and in combination with other factors like disease and malnutrition.

A wise man I once knew had a quote on his desk that read,

“Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as you can.”

John Wesley

Here at Wild Harvest we wanted to turn the land we grew up on and has been in our family for 3 generations and worked on by 5 generations into a bee sanctuary.  All the proceeds from our sales will go into furthering education to those who want to learn about bees, help create a sanctuary, and protect the bees.
